"To assist residents who have been substance abusers, to achieve and maintain

a clean and sober lifestyle in order to return to society, to be self-sufficient and

independent with gainful employment. Residents will be able to live in a safe and

sanitary housing within their financial means as productive members of the

community, modeled on the concept of "family", and family values of tolerance,

respect, cooperation, responsibility, sharing and concern."
